What's a CPU-hour?

One vCPU fully busy for one hour. A GB-hour is one gigabyte of memory in use for an hour. A Dev Box sitting idle while you read the agent's output uses close to none of either, and a sleeping one is metered at close to nothing.

Billing questions

When am I charged?
The $20 is charged when you subscribe, then monthly. Any usage past what's included is added to the next invoice.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing stops. Extra CPU-hours cost $0.02 each and extra GB-hours $0.004 each. The dashboard shows this month's usage and estimated bill at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing in the dashboard. Invoices and payment details are there too.
Does this include my Claude subscription?
No. You keep your own Claude, ChatGPT or other subscription for the agent. LoadShift is the machine its commands run on.
Do you take promotion codes?
Yes. Enter it at checkout.
How do teams pay?
